At Natalia Mejia Skin, we are committed to providing every client with a personalized, safe, and respectful experience. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment.

BOOKINGS:

We operate strictly by appointment to protect the privacy and comfort of every client. Walk-ins are not accepted.

All new clients must schedule a consultation to assess the area of concern and design a personalized treatment plan. A non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking.

All pricing and packages are non-transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.

The fee quoted after your consultation is valid for 30 days. If the area has received other treatments during that time, the quote becomes void and a new consultation will be required.

We do not provide pricing or estimates without a comprehensive assessment, as each case is unique and requires a customized approach.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We kindly request a minimum of 3 business days’ notice for weekday appointments and 5 business days’ notice for weekend appointments to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments changed or canceled outside of this window will result in the loss of your deposit or one session from your package.

No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit or session.

If you are running late, please contact us immediately. We may be able to wait up to 20 minutes, depending on the day’s schedule.

REFUNDS & PACKAGES:

Once a procedure has been performed or a package has been purchased, no full or partial refunds will be issued.

Clients have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete their packages. If more than 6 months pass between sessions, remaining treatments will expire and become invalid.

Packages are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other individuals or treatment areas.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:

All new clients are required to complete a medical history form before their first treatment.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and updated health information. If your medical condition changes during the course of your treatments, please notify our team and update your form accordingly to ensure safe and appropriate care.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS:

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and policies stated above.

Your deposit serves as both confirmation of your appointment and acceptance of these conditions.
